Management Representation Letter

As a director of this company, I confirm that:

• 1. The financial statements give a true and fair view of the company's affairs
• 2. All transactions have been properly recorded in the accounting records
• 3. All assets and liabilities have been disclosed
• 4. All related party transactions have been disclosed
• 5. There are no events after the balance sheet date requiring adjustment or disclosure
• 6. I have provided all information necessary for the preparation of the accounts
