Onboarding (2–3 weeks)

• Professional clearance handled with your previous accountant
• Set up or optimise your cloud accounting software
• Clean up your chart of accounts and opening balances
• Establish bookkeeping workflows and bank feed connections

Ongoing

• Bank transactions reconciled and coded throughout the month
• Supplier invoices and customer receipts processed
• All statutory filings prepared and submitted before deadlines
• Cloud accounting software kept clean and accurate
• Unlimited email support — no per-question charges

Pricing

• £360/month exc. VAT — paid monthly via Direct Debit
• Additional payroll employees: £10/employee/month
• Complex group structures or multi-entity setups may require a tailored quote
• 12-month minimum term, then cancel with 30 days’ notice

All plans exclude third-party software subscriptions (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent). These are billed directly by the software provider.
